About the Author
From writing short stories as a kid to sneaking out of the house to read at local poetry slams in her teens and writing for the Matthew Shepard Foundation in her early twenties, writing has been S.I. Burge’s one constant.
When Burge isn’t writing her own stories, she is honored to support others as they write theirs through The Writer’s Nook, a local write-in group she started in March 2025.
In the real world, Burge loves lingering far too long in Home Goods, shopping for Halloween decorations, and chasing her two dogs along the Oregon coast with her wife.
Burge is currently querying her debut fantasy novel.
