Originally from Salt Lake City, S.I. Burge discovered her passion for writing at a young age through coffee shop poetry slams and short story telling.
As a youth blog writer for the Matthew Shepard Foundation, she developed a deep sense of empathy and a commitment to addressing social issues through her words. She now resides in Oregon with her wife and two dogs, drawing inspiration from the Pacific Northwest.
